The National Hurricane Center is tracking PTC Nine headed for the Gulf of Mexico. This could be a major hurricane with rapid intensifcation before landfall Thursday. The forecast for Alabama, Georgia, and Florida will bring high wind, heavy rain, and flash flooding later this week.
