4-3-3 is probably the most common formation in the world these days, more so since the domination of Pep Guardiola and his Positional Play tactics over the years

But needless to say its one of the best formation for both possession and pressing high as also demonstrated by the world-class football coach Jurgen Klopp who has masterminded Liverpool return to dominance ...but how do you beat it...how can you outwit such a strong system...

Well I can't give you all the answers but what I can do is show you what worked for me...ill show you a cup final we played and I how I broke down my opposition line by line using a simple 3-4-3 a formation which has been growing in trend in recent years with the likes of Conte winning the Premier League with Chelsea with it, Wolves under Nuno Santo doing exceptionally well, and Lucien Fevre at BVB Dortmund who has been tearing it up in the Bundesliga

.Context!..player for player they had an edge over us and had won this cup for the previous 4 years... but we bridged that gap by out thinking them, by gaining numerical supremacy in areas of our choosing and by playing a wonderful brand of football...perhaps you too can take ideas from this session too



(small print) :-) This system may not work for you, you have to apply context...I know what my teams strengths and weaknesses are and I planned this strategy around them...its not about this system being right or wrong either...ultimately its what works vs what doesnt...
