Material Use 15cm Separator
15cm Cake

✔ Cheddar(yellow) Cheesecake batter
340g cream cheese
2 eggs (about 100-105g)
70g granulated sugar
40g condensed milk
180g heavy cream
43g Cheddar(yellow) cheese powder
7g Parmesan Cheese powder
Corn starch (or cake flour) 10g

✔ Cheese Crumble
45 g unsalted butter
32g granulated sugar
pinch of salt
72g cake flour
13g cheddar cheese powder

✔ Cheese whipped cream
160g heavy cream
30 g cream cheese
22g granulated sugar

✔ Bake after freezing the crumble.
✔(Smeg standard) I baked it for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 170-175℃(347℉) (slightly creamy), if you want it to be creamy, bake it for 45 min. Bake in a deck oven, light wave, or induction by 10 to 15 degrees higher.
✔ Cheesecake is delicious to eat after ripening in the refrigerator for a day.
✔Crumble is reduced in crispiness after 2-3 days.
