Over the past couple of years I’ve made lots of models and collected all sorts of experiments with different materials and techniques. In this video, I give them a space of their own and make some shallow display shelves. Instead of using raw plugs and screws I also experimented lying the shelves directly on steel rods. Although this worked well for me, it probably isn’t the most optimum method, as you have to be really careful that you’re drilling square, and also fill any of the broken paintwork.
