Materials
3 potatoes (400g)
1 tomato
4 slices of cheddar cheese (2 per slice)
mozzarella cheese
2 eggs (1 per plate)
salt, pepper
olive oil

How to make it
1๏ธโฃSlice 3 potatoes into thin strips, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and marinate for 10 minutes.
2๏ธโฃCut the tomatoes into 6 slices and sprinkle lightly with salt.
3๏ธโฃAfter 10 minutes, squeeze out the juice from the potatoes and place the tomatoes on a paper towel to remove moisture.
4๏ธโฃAdd a pinch of salt to 2 eggs and beat well.
5๏ธโฃPour olive oil in a pan and cook the potato slices wide and thin over low heat.
7๏ธโฃWhen the bottom is golden brown, turn it over, add cheese, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and fold in half.
