UPDATE for 1.1: edit your config with the new one I posted in description, default ScreenPercentage command not work anymore, use the new command for same result. FullscreenMode=0 from GamerUserSettings no longer works in 1.1. Other Engine.ini tweaks do.

A guide on how to get higher average FPS in Wuthering waves. This video is mainly for low end PCs that don't or barely meet the recommended specifications. Aside from lowering all the settings, there are additonal tweaks you can do to lower the graphics to increase the frame rate of the game. Your FPS should see anywhere between 5-20 or higher in difference, depending on how much you're willing to change, but it will vary from system to system.

For Mobile:
Comment from @AR700SAW on Reddit

"... for android (at least old android, I'm using an S8) you can plug it into your PC, enable file transfer on phone (drop down menu at top of phone), unlock phone & keep it unlocked while doing this, then go to where the game was installed by using your PC to browse the phone's data

For me it was installed in: Phone\Android\data\com.kurogame.wutheringwaves.global\files\UE4Game\Client\Client\Saved\Config\Android

From there you can copy the engine.ini over to your PC & edit it (have to make a copy as for me it was uneditable, not read-only, just straight up uneditable while inside the phone), then paste the edited one back in over the original once done"
