Thandai is a yummy, luscious thirst quencher drink. Thandai powder is packed with healthy ingredients nuts & spices like almonds, casnews, pistachio, melon seeds,poppy seeds, fennel seeds, saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, balck pepper corns, nutmeg, gulkand, sugar & rose water.

Ingredients:
cups of 150ml glass or disposable x 6

Ginger nut biscuits 150gms
Ubsaalted butter melted 30gms
Cream cheese 150gms
Powdered sugar 30gms
Thandai powder 30gms (I have used store bought)
Whipping cream 250mls
Sugar coated fennel thins 2Tbs
Edible silver foil (Optional)
