We celebrated Trauma Survivor Day in honor of our dedicated Trauma team and the incredible survivors we have cared for.

The event highlighted of our remarkable Baystate Medical Center and Baystate Children’s Hospital teams. We proudly presented awards to several team members for their lifesaving and compassionate care.

It was heartwarming to see trauma survivors and their families reunite with their care teams and share their stories. This meaningful day was a powerful reminder of the fragility and resilience of life.

Healing, both mentally and physically, after an accident is a lifelong journey. To further support trauma survivors, we are excited to announce our partnership with the Trauma Survivor Network, a program designed for survivors and their families. Through learning and connecting with others, you can make a significant difference in your recovery and manage life after injury more effectively.

We understand that unexpected events, hospitalization, and the recovery process can bring anxiety, frustration, and uncertainty. Remember, you are not alone! Together, we can navigate this journey.
