Roselle Hibiscus is my new obsession. In this video I share the process from harvesting, processing to making roselle hibiscus into jam, syrup and tea. By far, tea is the easiest. All you have to do is put it in the oven and let it dried out. :)

4 methods of taking the seed pod out of the calyx.
Method 1: Intact calyx, using paring knife.
Method 2: Semi intact, still using paring knife.
Method 3: Not worry so much about the shape, actually you can tear the calyx off the seed pod.
Method 4: Intact calyx, using a metal boba straw :)

I saw others using a tool (I believe apple corer?) but I don't have it and the ones I came across at the store is too large for this purpose. So if you have that tool or other methods of taking the seed pod out, please comment below, so I can learn other ways of doing this. :)
