Hey guys, this is the start of a brand new series building a new boat for my fishing channel. It all started when I met George from NQ Mono Hulls here in Ingham passing through town on my travels late last year. I had previously met and stayed with his brother in law down in NSW on my travels so when I was passing through I had been told to drop in and say G'Day. George is an incredible fabricator and welder who makes hand cut and CNC cut boats fully custom for his customers. When George said he was going to build me a custom boat for my channel I asked if I could give him a hand and learn the trade and film the process for a YouTube series and he was all for it. Keeping in line with the rest of my channel in building or helping build my own boats it was an incredible 12 months of learning that I wont forget.
