We visit a cricket bat making factory in Meerut where dozens of labourers toil day and night making bats that are sold by companies for tens of thousands of rupees. Each labourer works on at least 150 bats a day to get paid a paltry sum of 150 to 200 rupees. Ravish Kumar talks to various workers who manually do every task from cutting raw wood to giving finishing touches to the completed bat in this episode of Ravish Ki Report. (Audio in Hindi) (This episode is from NDTV archives and was aired again as part of the 'NDTV Classics' series.)
