Client has been contemplating surgery because of ankle & foot pain preventing her from doing what she loves, climbing, running, activities. Here you can see even with just focused bodywork & massage, we can improve the range of motion through soft tissue work and improving her patterns via strength. All of that would be more successful the more she does it. Quite often when we see improvements this fast, the outcome looks good. The challenge is getting the client to do the exercises and getting them to commit to coming more often, multiple times a week if necessary. Would be great to get her back on and see what we can do. This was filmed back in april i believe.
