Turkey is kinda famous for being very hot during summer...but nobody talks about how cold it can be in Winter. Equipped with only regular hiking shoes and continuously very low temperatures and snow make it a real challenge for me to keep moving. In this episode I'm cycling from Bayburt towards Sivas and eventually end up taking a bus to Cappadocia.
