The "set screw" or "grub screw" takes a 1.5mm or 1/16" Allen wrench.

Please pardon my struggle getting the nut back into the heat sink. I probably should have cut that part out but I am more of a record and upload guy. I tried to keep my hands out of the way but the video was unplanned and the area I setup in was too small.
