Installing the metal or drip edge on the upper portion of the Asphalt Shingle shed style roof. The cap metal or drip edge that finishes the mockup. Leaving a shingle finish instead of fasteners and sheet metal finish. Most people like the shingle finish, because it blends better. Personally, I like seeing the metal and screws, because I know it is waterproof just by looking at it. It also looks more professional, but you can't always argue with someone who is paying or the person that owns the home.

After laying all the shingles, I demonstrate a cap metal to finish it off. I even got a "buck" in the metal and demonstrate how to deal with a buck.

After a long while the mockup is finally finished. It has been almost a year in the making. Hurricane Irma definitely delayed production.

Hopefully some good has come from this project. I have a new mockup design that is underway and will have many more details than this one.
