The purpose of the PVC Foam Core in this Catamaran Build aside, the shaping has been a real challenge to ensure I get a consistent lightweight structural result. This week I set about Hand Shaping a Catamaran Deck Core and you may ask the question "Why Strip Plank Foam Core?. There is very good reason in order to ensure a lightweight resin reduced structure.
