1/2 cup 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup 1/4 cups cups sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 1/8 teaspoons baking powder
1 /2 1/8 teaspoons salt
1 large eggs plus 1 large egg yolk
1/2 cup 2 tbsp cups warm water
1 cup 1/4 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 1/4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract


FROSTING
4 ounces cream cheese*
1 /2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup & 6 tbsp
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
