Tutorial video on setting Uconnect, Radio, Bluetooth, Navigation to factory settings. Start the vehicle and make sure radio is turned Off. Then press and keep holding Menu button, Media button and Radio button at the same time. This process will get you to the Service Mode. Now select PND settings and here you can do a reset to factory settings.
