The Cure made "Dredd Song" for the first Dredd movie (Stallone's), which was an injustice worthy of the iso-cubes since the film was so bad -and Smith such a hardcore Dredd fan, btw. So, this is an attempt at justice, in a way. (this is the definitive version of this vid, since I ended up not liking the first one so much -which I deleted)

NOTICE: In case you didn't know, there is a fan-fueled petition for a sequel to this shamefully underrated cinematic adaptation of the classic 2000AD comic-book character JUDGE DREDD. While being an intelligent and quite faithful version, this 2012 movie did poorly at the Box Office, BUT, it has since become a sort of modern cult-film, and -thanks to its growing fan-base, a force to be reckoned in the Home Media market.

All in all, a sequel to Dredd will probably never happen without fan support (at least, not as a direct tie-in with the same production values of this one) and so, there's a campaign going on in many fronts to make it happen.

If you saw this movie and liked it, you can help the cause. If you are a Dredd fan and want revenge from Stallone's fiasco, watch this movie -you'll most certainly enjoy it. And if ya didn't see nor know the comics, give it a shot as well (no pun).
