In this first episode, it's only fitting that I sit down with my brother-from-another-mother, Tim Buxton, to share the heart behind the show and my story of life with inflammatory bowel disease, from life saving emergency surgery at age 12, being unable to stand on my wedding day, and how I found a path to holistic healing, starting a family and a rewarding career in online media.

This is a very personal one for me and I really hope by sharing my story it gives empathy, hope and understanding for those who live with chronic illness.
