Waterloo Rocketry recently completed the first cold flow test for our new liquid engine that we aim to fly in competition this year. 6 tests were conducted using our new coaxial swirl injectors, which mix the fuel and oxidizer by spraying them in swirling sheets. Cold flow tests are an important part of engine characterization and allow us to determine the flow rate of propellants through the injectors.
