Usually i wait to show @everyone the new officers in the game when I actually unlock them, but because these officers are creating a new META (Most Effective Tactic Available) I felt it prudent to discuss them now. I do go over the potential financial pitfalls for early adopters in this video as well as focus on the crew themselves in action and how they work. The basics are 'simple', as far as Star Trek Fleet Command math goes, but seeing is believing!
