the 4th trimester can be a very lonely and depressing time, but it’s also often swept under the rug once it’s over (i guess that’s why many mothers still have more than 1 kid hahaah), so i thought i’d share my postpartum story in hopes that new mums out there might not feel so alone, and that future mums can be slightly more mentally prepared when they give birth! ❤️
