Insalata Siciliana - Ingredients
red yellow and green capsicum1/2cup each
Broccoli florets 1cup
Onion 1/2cup
Tomatoes 1/2 cup
All cut into cubes
Salt .. to taste
Pepper powder to taste lemon juice ... 1 Tbs
Coriander finely chopped half cup

For pesto sauce:
Basil leaves 1cup
Salt little pepper 1 tsp
Olive oil half cup
Pine nuts 2tsp..
Mix all this ingredients together and make a smooth paste

For garnishing 1/2 cup of peanuts
Grilled eggplants..
