I give an update on the latest progress with my walk with the little c.

I also talk about vulnerability and the perception of weakness or strength as well as few other learning nuggets I'm remembering or learning along the journey.

I also wanted to again sincerely thank everyone who has reached out with so much love and compassion. Absolutely receiving every part with love and gratitude.

In particular, I want to thank 2 beautiful souls, who have generously gifted me Reiki Healings this past week. Both sessions were amazing and so powerful.
