I have been wanting to do a YouTube channel for quite a long time now and I have let fear hold me back for so long. My trianer Jen (https://www.mayaricoaching.com/) challenged me to upload a video and she will do the same. This video is just me talking a bit about myself, my struggles and the changes I'm making in my life. The lighting isn't great, the video is not edited and I'm definitely not glamorous... but hey, my first go at this and just trying to get comfortable talking on camera.
