INGREDIENTS
for 17 alfajores

DOUGH
190 g flour 0000 | all use
120 gr powdered sugar | glass
70 gr cornstarch | cornstarch
1 egg
Zest of 1 lemon
100 gr butter | Butter
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

FILLING
400 gr powdered sugar | glass
50 gr butter | Butter
40 ml lemon juice
Zest of 1/2 lemon

COVERAGE
300g white chocolate
15 ml neutral oil (sunflower or corn)

Oven 170 ºC for 7 to 9 minutes.
