one of my most emotional moments to date, spreading ashes on Lahinch Beach, for 30 plus years myself and my sole mate have walked the lenght and breath of Lahinch and have seen so many changes over the years, to sit on that rock alone and look out into the ocean was one of the hardest and saddest things ive ever had to do....Life will never ever be the same for me...Thank You
