resampling a few wavs can do wonders it really can

and if you were curious, here's the changes that i made to both voicebanks in preperation for the rest of week 4:
- resampled quackity's "a", last sample had a weird crescendo and sounded too breathy/gravelly
- resampled tommy's "a" too, last sample also wasn't that stable or clear
- edited tommy's "u", to get it sounding more stable
- resampled tommy's "o", found a sample that works better with the rest of the VB

i have the rest of week 4 covers ready and re-mixed, but before i made these changes i had also rendered and mixed week 6 and 7 covers so it will take some time to redo those, but in the meantime i'll hopefully have some of week 3 to post!! or maybe a different cover entirely idk
