What is the FL Studio fruit? Many wonder what the FL studio logo really is supposed to be. The FL Studio logo has changed a lot over the years, starting back in 1998. Today it kind of resembles a persimmon fruit. But that's not what it was originally supposed to be.
FL Studio was originally created by Didier Dambrin, and like any creator he needed a logo for his brand-new application, which was really just a simple step sequencer back then. The original Name of FL Studio was actually fruity loops, so it makes sense that he wanted to use a fruit as a logo. This name was not entirely unproblematic though, because Kellogs wanted to make a big issue over this since they already had their fruit loops, so it was decided to change the name to FL Studio instead. The fruit logo remained though, but to this day nobody can agree on exactly what kind of fruit it is supposed to be.
