Today we're making one of my favorite versions of meatloaf. This Italian-style meatloaf comes out tender and juicy because it's made with 80/20 chuck. It's flavored with garlic, parsley, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and cooked in a red wine mushroom onion sauce. I hope you enjoy this easy Italian meatloaf recipe!
