This yoga complex is aimed at strengthening our core: the muscles of the press, back, diaphragm and pelvic floor.
Why is it so important to strengthen these muscle groups?
The main and most important function of the core muscles is to stabilize and protect our internal organs and skeleton. The muscles of the cortex serve as a protective corset for the vital organs of a person, cover their surface and keep our spine and pelvis in the correct anatomical position throughout life. And also the core and its muscles are responsible for:
- Correct load distribution when lifting weights, changing body position, lifting, running and walking
- Health of the spine and joints;
- Beautiful even posture and shape of the chest
- Balance and balance of the body
- The level of strength, endurance and flexibility of the body
- Protection against injury from excessive loads.

When doing yoga online, pay special attention to your sensations and breathing. Do not hold your breath, adjust the rhythm of movement to your breathing rhythm.
Do nothing through the pain, adjust each asana for yourself in order to enjoy the lesson.
There is no right or wrong asana, no right or wrong feeling. Accept any sensations as they are at the moment. Treat your body with respect.
Remember that yoga is for a person, not a person for yoga :)
Asana is for the body, not the body for asana.
After class, take a few minutes to relax in shavasana.
