Fred speaks on serving 16 years in the New York State Department Of Corrections. He speaks on all of the cuttings and stabbings he participated in and all of the violence that occurs in prison. He speaks on doing time with alleged 50 cent shooter Darryl “Homicide” Baum. Rikers Island was a war zone back then and he also speaks about the phones and how they caused a lot of violence. Dudes were getting stabbed left and right. Dudes were getting Buc Fiftied over the phones on a daily basis. Prison is definitely not the place to be. Being free is cool.
