Released on May 22, 2001, as The Calling's first single from the album 'Camino Palmero' which was recorded by RCA - BMG Records. The song "Whatever You Will Go" was quite successful since its initial release to the public. How could it not be, the song managed to peak at number 5 on the US Billboard Hot 100, on the Adult Top 40 chart for 23 consecutive weeks, and was successful in various other countries.
The song written by Alex Band and Aaron Kamin successfully occupied the top position on the charts of Poland, Italy, New Zealand, Great Britain, and Australia which was at number 5 on the Australian popular song chart. And until today, The Calling's song "Whatever You Will Go" is still often sung or covered by many people.
