The Fourth on the North Fork (unofficial title) is the city of Hazard's annual celebration of America's birthday that always includes a FREE concert at the (then named) City Hall Amphitheater. This, the 2019 version, was headlined by local artist Ben Fugate and his band, Lost Mountain.
