It's been a few months of deep introspection, realizing self-destructive patterns while learning to see myself with compassion as opposed to strapping myself into the good ole shame/guilt hamster wheel... This is the watered-down run down of what's been surfacing for me: facing my fears, b*tch. Really. Doing the things I've been putting off, having the hard and uncomfortable conversations, realizing that I'm capable of truly loving and being loved by friends I view as sisters, etc. In this messy montage of memories, I scratch the surface (both metaphorically and not) of 'confronting my fears in my 20s'.
