Welcome back to another videooo.
I just wanted to film this because a year ago, waking up at 4am seemed absolutely ridiculous and impossible for me. I think my main question was really... but why?
And until I tried it, I honestly didn't think I'd be one of those crazy people... yet here I am.
And I do want to say that no, I don't think everyone should wake up this ridiculously early, however I do think that actually disciplining yourself to wake up early and develop a healthy morning routine is geuinely life changing.
Highly recommend.
