I haven't flown the 787 for quite some time so it was time to take her out again, I forgot how good this plane flies thanks to Horizon Simulations for their excellent mod to make it so much more flyable!

I departed Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam in very rainy and overcast conditions, for once it wasn't the Polderbaan so no crazy long taxi this time😂I finally broke through the murk at 5000ft and enjoyed some cloud surfing!

The arrival into Istanbul was very cloudy but clear at the lower levels so we got some nice views of the almost setting sun on the approach👍I had a nice landing this time, surprisingly after not flying the 787 for a while😉

I was waiting for ATC to tell me which way to turn after landing and decided to go left only to be told to go right😂I just continued left and they actually let it go and gave me directions to the gate, it was a long taxi...😂
