In this video, I will share how to make a metal railing for balcony with square iron pipes. I drew the latest balcony railing design for the house front on my computer. It's probably the most significant metal DIY project I have worked on, and it took me around two and a half months to complete. If you watch this complete video, you'll learn several new things.

I fabricated this iron railing for the balcony from scratch; you can do it easily if you're a beginner like me. I share my step-by-step process, including custom metal railing design creation in SketchUp, cutting and welding techniques, and challenges faced during the project.

I used iron instead of stainless steel because it is affordable and easy to work with. I crafted a unique railing design that can give you balcony railing ideas. I explain the process of cutting the rectangular pipes into three lengths to form squares, totaling 29 squares in the design. Each square required careful welding and grinding to ensure a smooth finish.

I also discuss my challenges, such as the limitations of using an angle grinder and the importance of using the right tools. The video highlights the importance of perseverance and problem-solving in DIY projects and the satisfaction of completing a challenging task.
