Dharamshala hosts Tibetan youth convention to foster Tibetan democracy

The five-day Youth Convention organized by the National Democratic Institute (NDI) begins in Dharamshala on July 1, 2024. The convention aims to strengthen Tibetan democracy through discussions, political participation, and critical thinking. Sikyong Penpa Tsering delivered the opening remarks.
