Collin fishes his 3rd State tournament and is looking to qualify for his 3rd regional tournament. Fishing the Mississippi River pools 9, 10, and 11, Collin is right at home. After a long and tough series of tournaments and an unfortunate boating accident, he is looking to turn the year around.
