Located in Bulalacao, Kabayan Benguet is said to be the cleanest body of water in the Cordillera mountains. It has been awarded as a "Three time Consecutive Winner" under the Cleanest Lake for the Cordillera under the Gawad Pangulo sa Kapaligiran. This lake we are referring to is the Bulalacao Lake, also called as Ambulalakao Lake by locals. This lake is part of the four lakes situated in the base of Mt. Tabayoc other lakes are Tabeo, Incolos, and Latep-ngapos.
