The mechanism will be used to build a chain excavator. The length of the mechanism is over 120 cm measured from the axis of the drive, which should give about 100 cm of effective digging after deducting the height of the device. Auger to the ground away from the chain than it should be, but in the machine I'm building at the moment there will be a supported mechanism right behind the chain, and there will be a second auger to the ground behind the chain
