Hi there, my name is Florence White and I am so excited to welcome you to my YouTube channel where I teach Christian women wives and moms how to thrive in their roles. I am also passionate about giving Christian leadership advice to help you become a better leader in any area of your life.

I have been married to my husband, Dr. M. White, for 32 years, and together, we have been in ministry for 31 years. My love for ministry started at a young age, as my mom was a pastor and started her ministry when I was just a baby. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the power and impact that can come from serving others and living a life that is centered around Christ.

It was during this time that my passion for ministry and leadership began to grow. As I got older, I started to realize that many women struggle with their roles as wives, mothers, and leaders. There are so many pressures and expectations that come with these roles, and it can often feel overwhelming.

That's why I started this YouTube channel - to help women like you navigate these roles with grace and confidence. My goal is to educate, encourage, and equip you to do the work God has called you to do.

Through my videos, I share practical tips and advice on topics such as marriage, parenting, and leadership. I also draw on my years of experience in ministry to offer insights on how to lead and serve others in a way that is pleasing to God.
