hurricane Beryl is on land about to go back into the Gulf of Mexico. Downgraded to a tropical storm, but will strengthen again. The shear will only affect this tropical wave, hurricane, halfway through the gulf, then the storm will make a northern turn and intensify by the Texas coast. Brownsville all the way to DFW towards Arkansas should be on alert.
