This is our prototype skid steer shear. It is able to shear firewood lengths to constant length and is adjustable. Accepts up to 14 inch diameter logs. It is designed to cut long trees laying on the ground into manageable lengths if needed prior to blocking. It "slides" along the fallen tree to the desired length and then shears it on the ground. Example 35 foot fallen trees into 17.5 foot long lengths which are then lifted and blocked.
