Hummus is literally one of my favourite things EVER! So lovely as a dip for pita, felafel, vegetable sticks, crips, as a base for sandwiches and wraps... or just spoon it right in!

Ingredients
2 cans chickpeas, drained
250g light Tahini
30g lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
20g olive oil
200-250g ice cold water
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 tsp cumin
2-3 coriander stalks
Place the chickpeas, Tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, olive oil, water, salt, cumin and coriander in the mixing bowl. Blend 1 Min. / Speed 10. While it is blending you might need to add some more water to achieve a smooth consistency. If the Thermomix sounds like the blades are spinning without actually incorporating food, simply add a little more water. It should be a really smooth consistency. Serve straight away. You can also refrigerate the mixture for up to 3 days.
