DISPATCH's first new album in 12 years, "Circles Around the Sun" was released on August 21, 2012.

To celebrate, the band sent out emails and tweets the day the album dropped announcing a "impromptu acoustic set at Washington Square Park" that evening. Everyone was on one side of the park in a spot they assumed DISPATCH would appear, but then in a mad dash rushed over to the other side where the guys were found posing as Statues of Liberty. I managed to get close by circling the park to get to them in the opposite direction from how everyone else did :)

They played for about thirty minutes. This is the setlist:
