The third series of this extremely popular television docusoap, follows the high-flying life of working for the low-cost airline easyJet - one the UK's youngest and fastest-growing carriers. With a continued look at the lives and characters we met in the second series, get set to meet some new ones along the way.

At Luton the staff are used to dealing with difficult passengers, but this one is more persistent than most. A man from Germany is trying to get to Zurich and he's very, very angry. Can the check-in team hold their ground? This is only the beginning of a bad day at Luton. Scotland is fog-bound; so all the Scottish flights are heavily delayed. Anxious relatives waiting to see their loved ones are furious at being given incorrect information, and for once, check in supervisor Jane finds herself on a very sticky wicket. Even Kevin is having a bad day. He falls over the baggage belt then has to deal with a cyclist who has arrived at check-in with his girlfriend's passport.
