Step 1: 2 bags 14 oz tapioca starch
1 bag 16 oz rice flour
13 cup room temperature water
Mix all above ingredients together and set aside.
Step 2: 1/2 cup rice flour
3 cup room temperature water
Mix both ingredients together in a pot and cook on the stove.
Step 3: Combine both step 1 and step 2 together and mix well together.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon chicken power (optional).
Mix all together in a large bowl. Filter the batter.
Lastly, add 1/4 cup vegetable or Canola oil into the batter. Mix well,
cover bowl and let it rest for 1 hour before cooking the rice rolls.
